MEDIA RELEASE

From time to time, we capture photos and videos during our classes to showcase student creativity, highlight learning experiences, and promote our programs through flyers, websites, and social media.

Please review the information below and select your preferred option regarding the use of your child’s image.

Attendance & Cancellation Policy
At Houston Healthy Hip-Hop, our top priority is creating a positive and meaningful experience for both students and families. We understand that
life happens, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
If Your Child Misses a Class: While we are unable to offer make-up sessions for student absences, we truly value your time and commitment. If you
ever have concerns or special circumstances, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We're happy to listen and work together to find the best path
forward.


If a Class Is Canceled

In the event of a cancellation due to an unexpected or uncontrollable issue (like weather or facility closures), we will
reschedule the class for a day that works best for the majority of our families. Your input matters, and we’ll do our best to accommodate
everyone’s schedule.


No Refunds Policy

While we are not able to issue refunds, our goal is always to ensure you and your child have a great experience. If something
isn't working, talk to us — we're here to help. We’re all about community, connection, and communication. If you ever have a question or need to discuss something, message us — let’s talk!

Showcases
All students participating in the program—whether enrolled in Cheer, Folklorico, Hip-Hop, Ballet, RAD Art, or Jewelry—will take part in a final
showcase to present what they’ve learned. This special event will highlight the creativity, dedication, and progress made in each class. Families and
friends will be invited to celebrate the students’ achievements as they perform, display their artwork, and share their original jewelry designs,
making the showcase a memorable experience for everyone involved.
