GENERAL POLICIES

Refund Policy

All class payments are non-refundable once the session begins.

If a program is canceled before it starts or your child is withdrawn before the first class, you may receive leftover funds minus any processing fees. Refunds are not issued for missed classes or early withdrawal after the program begins.

Missed Classes
We do not offer make-up sessions or prorated tuition for missed classes. Each session is a complete, stand-alone art experience.

Class Cancellations
If a class is canceled due to weather, school closures, or instructor emergencies, we will make every effort to reschedule the session at the end of the program.
We will survey parents to select a make-up date that works for the majority of families' schedules. If rescheduling is not possible, a take-home project will be provided.

    • Aprons will be provided, but they do not fully protect from paint or stains.

    • Please dress students in clothing that can get messy.

    • Closed-toe shoes are required—no Crocs, sandals, or flip-flops.

  1. Physical Classes (Dance, Cheer, etc.)

    • Wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing.

    • Skirts, Crocs, sandals, and open-toed shoes are not allowed.

    • Sneakers are highly recommended for safety.

Showcase & Event Guidelines

VIPS Requirement
All volunteers or parents assisting during events must be VIPS (Volunteers in Public Schools) approved through the district.

Showcase Attendance Limit
Due to space and safety policies, only two (2) parents or guardians per student may attend the showcase.

Behavior Expectations

Respectful Behavior Is Required
All students are expected to follow instructions, participate respectfully, and treat others and materials with care.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund.

Quality & Communication

We strive to provide a high-quality and enjoyable program, but we know we are not perfect and mistakes may happen.

If any issues arise or adjustments are needed, please reach out to us right away. We’re here to listen, be flexible, and work together to find solutions that support your child’s best experience.
